Job Title: Telecaller - Home Loan Sales

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain home loan products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Identify customer requirements and assess basic loan eligibility.
- Generate and qualify leads for home loans, balance transfers, and loan against property (LAP).
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and processing teams for smooth customer handling.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).




- Ability to convince customers over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers are welcome. Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
