The Productivity Enablement Lead contributes to the design and delivery of this major program of cultural change across Tech at Citi.
This includes leading a team of engineers to drive lasting behavior change and to promote a culture of continuous improvement in the engineering teams globally.
Major elements of the role include:
- Spearhead the adoption of a strategic suite of AI-powered and in-house development tools to significantly boost engineering productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Partner with senior leadership to align technology adoption with key business objectives, ensuring strategic tooling investments deliver tangible value at scale.
- Design, deliver and adapt holistic adoption frameworks to realise the compound value of the full CTO and AI portfolio of developer tools.
- Lead the EE Catalyst program in India to build a culture of continuous improvement and forge strategic partnerships across technology and business units.
