Lincoln International is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Valuations & Opinions business based in Mumbai. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Talent team and the Valuations & Opinions leadership team, providing strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.





The HR Business Partner will partner closely with business leaders to drive talent strategies, workforce planning, employee development, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The role requires a solid understanding of the business, the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing talent-related opportunities and challenges.

- Serve as the primary HR partner to the Valuations & Opinions leadership team in Mumbai.
