Manage and supervise day-to-day farming activities.
- Conduct soil, water, fertilizer and crop-related laboratory testing.
- Collect farm and soil samples and coordinate with the laboratory for testing.
- Analyze test reports and provide recommendations for fertilizer, irrigation and crop management.
- Monitor crop health, pest and disease conditions and suggest corrective measures.
- Plan and monitor sowing, plantation, irrigation, fertilization and harvesting activities.
- Maintain records of soil tests, lab reports, crop performance and farm activities.
- Coordinate with farmers, agricultural consultants, vendors and laboratory teams.
- Ensure proper use and storage of fertilizers, pesticides, seeds and other agricultural inputs.




- Prepare periodic farm performance and laboratory testing reports for management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Limbdi, Gujarat (Limbdi, Surendranagar District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Lab Testing: 2 years (preferred)
