Position: IT Application Support Analyst (.NET, Angular & Azure DevOps)
Location: Bangalore

Type: 12 months contract with possible extension
Work Mode: Monday WFH | Tuesday-Friday WFO
Shift Timing: 01:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Experience: 5-7 years of experience

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Operations
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

Full Stack Development
- Develop and support back-end services using.NET Core/.NET Framework and C#.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

DevOps & Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and release quality.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and infrastructure teams.
- Document technical solutions,



support procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Application Support and Software Development.
- Solid experience with Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
- Strong experience in.NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET, and C#.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using Git and modern source control practices.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
