Job Summary

Bright Path Solutions is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while working in a collaborative and qualified environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and employee record management.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and letters as required.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, or LinkedIn is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
