About the Role

Kushwaha Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, friendly and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our real estate sales team.

In this role, you will speak with prospective customers who have shown interest in our residential projects and builder floors. Your main responsibility will be to understand their requirements, explain relevant project details, follow up with interested customers and help generate qualified site visits for our sales team.

Freshers are welcome to apply. We will provide the necessary product and process training.





Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective property buyers from company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and location preferences.
- Explain suitable residential projects and answer basic queries.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead details in CRM.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales team and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:
- 0- 2 years of experience
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good Hindi communication; basic English is an advantage
- Confident, polite and customer-friendly
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
