Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
- Team Management & Performance Coordination
- Attendance, Leave & HR Administration
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- HR Policies, SOPs & Process Improvement
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong ownership and multitasking ability
- Experience managing people and HR operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Digital Marketing/Advertising/Startup agency experience is a strong plus

Important Information

6 Days Working (Monday-Saturday

Must be comfortable managing people, operations, and recruitment

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
