We are seeking a passionate, student-focused, and results-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process for LanguageVeda's language learning programs and tuition services.

The Admission Counsellor will serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for prospective and enrolled students, providing admissions guidance, academic counseling, course recommendations, and ongoing support throughout the learner journey.

This role requires a consultative approach to student engagement, ensuring that every learner receives the right guidance, support, and information to make informed educational decisions while enjoying a seamless admission and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Student Admission Counseling
- Counsel prospective students, parents, and adult learners regarding LanguageVeda's language learning programs and tuition services.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses based on academic needs, language proficiency levels, and learning goals.
- Explain course structure, curriculum,



learning outcomes, schedules, assessments, certifications, and fee structures.
- Help learners make informed decisions regarding course selection and learning pathways.
- Support students and parents throughout the admission process and ensure a positive enrollment experience.

Student Enrollment & Admissions Guidance
- Engage with prospective students, parents, and adult learners to understand their educational goals and learning requirements.
- Guide prospective learners through the complete admission journey, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
- Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, teaching methodology, learning outcomes, schedules, fee structures, and available learning pathways.
