Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve primary & secondary sales targets (volume, product & group-wise).
- Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promote company products.
- Meet assigned customers and distributors regularly to generate orders.
- Ensure timely collections, payments, and adequate product availability.
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
- Submit reports and claims as per company guidelines.
- Support promotional activities, market surveys, and customer engagement programs.
- Track competitor activities and share market intelligence with the Team Leader.
