Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities between Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Installation teams.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reports.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as planned.
- Follow up with the factory regarding production status and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate material dispatch and installation activities at project sites.
- Conduct site visits to assess site readiness and support installation teams.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, approvals, work orders, and completion reports.
- Track project risks, delays, and resource requirements and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.




- Coordinate snag rectification activities and support project handover processes.
- Assist in project cost tracking and resource planning.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, interiors, fit-outs, or modular furniture projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing and installation processes.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts.
