Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Research international markets, industries and target companies
- Use AI tools to identify prospects and prepare account insights
- Find and verify relevant decision-makers
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases
- Conduct professional cold calls with international prospects
- Qualify prospects according to defined business criteria
- Present and demonstrate the company’s services confidently
- Understand prospect requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle initial questions and sales objections
- Schedule qualified meetings for the CEO or senior team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
- Achieve agreed outreach, meeting and chance targets
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation or international outreach
- Strong spoken and written English
- Good presentation,

- Comfortable communicating with international prospects
- Strong research and internet-navigation skills
- Willingness to learn AI-assisted sales workflows

Compensation

Fixed salary: ₹22,000-₹25,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated communication skills.
