Must-Have Skills
- Node.JS, Express, TypeScript
- Git (tooling and best practices), GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD, Linux
- Fetch, Axios, and database experience with MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL
- OAuth, caching strategies, in-memory databases, REST APIs, GraphQL
- WebSockets and publish-subscribe mechanisms
- Unit testing, load balancing, load testing, database indexing

Should-Have Skills
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA
- Strong clean-code practices




- Performance optimization using multi-threading, time complexity reduction, and query optimization
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills
- C++ programming experience, including writing wrappers for Node.js modules
- Linux networking knowledge
- System integration and testing experience
