- Summary:
- We are looking for a ServiceNow DevOps developer. A person should have excellent analytical, problem solving and developer skills with exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Creation/implementation/modification of ServiceNow ITSM/CSM components
- Maintain technical documentation and assist/participate in QA and user training activities.
- Solid hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and UI Policies/Client Scripts.
- Scripting (JavaScript) for different modules for writing Rules, Updating/creating workflows,
APIs etc
- Excellent problem solving skills & provide the solution for day to day issues
- Oversee daily operations including user management, access control, role configurations, and group administration.
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education.
- 3+ years experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
- 2+ years of experience in supporting ITSM/CSM modules.
- Experience with integrations, platform configuration, design, and deployment
- ServiceNow Certifications a plus
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
- Able to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the communication appropriately to the intended audience
