About the Company
- Supervise daily Rubber Hose production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
- Coordinate with the NPD team for current product trials and successful production implementation.
- Manage manpower, machine utilization, and minimize production downtime
- Maintain production records, monitor process parameters, and ensure adherence to safety proceduresnsibilities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Rubber Hose manufacturing as a Production Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of *Production, Quality, and NPD (New Product Development)* processes
- Ability to supervise shop floor operations and lead production teams effectively
- Good understanding of quality systems, process control, and problem-solving techniques
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
