Position: Interview Trainer cum SOP Writer

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesInterview Training
- Conduct university admission and visa interview training sessions for students.
- Assess students' communication skills and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide personalized coaching to improve confidence, fluency, and interview performance.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for country-specific interview requirements and expectations.

SOP & Content Writing
- Draft and review Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Motivation (LOMs), and other student documents.
- Ensure all content is qualified, plagiarism-free, and aligned with university requirements.
- Assist students in effectively presenting their academic, professional, and personal achievements.
- Edit and proofread documents for grammar, clarity, and structure.

Student Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with counsellors,



documentation teams, and students to collect necessary information.
- Ensure timely completion of SOPs and interview preparation activities.
- Maintain records of student progress and document submissions.

Eligibility CriteriaPreferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or Master's Degree in English is highly preferred for freshers.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the Study Abroad industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills and relevant educational qualifications may also apply.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong grammar, proofreading, and content-writing abilities.
- Confidence in conducting training sessions and public speaking.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
