Job description:
Key Skills & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional with strong knowledge of financial processes and compliance.

Core Skills
- Hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and Advanced Excel:
- Robust understanding of sales, purchase, and banking transactions (Net Banking):
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Record Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Track income, expenses, assets, and liabilities using accounting systems
- Ensure all records comply with accounting standards and regulations

2. Day-to-Day Accounting Operations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Handle daily accounting entries and financial documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow regularly

3. Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow reports
- Generate regular financial reports for management review




- Present financial data in a clear and structured manner

4. Compliance & Taxation
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants during audits and filings

5. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Analyze past financial data to forecast future trends
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making

6. Coordination & Field Work
- Work closely with internal teams for financial data and reporting
- Visit branch offices or clients for financial reviews and audits when required

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
