UDS Architects LLP is a Mumbai-based architecture and interior design firm specializing in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and interior design projects. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our design and operations teams and are looking for a passionate HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to help us attract and hire exceptional talent.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for design, technical, and non-technical positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Create and publish job advertisements across various job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offer rollouts, and joining confirmations.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist with HR documentation and other administrative activities.





Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and Indeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.

Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or Corporate roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented approach to recruitment.
