Senior Recruiter (Non‑Tech)
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days/month at Saket, New Delhi)

Role overview

Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles across India and selected international markets.
- Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X‑Ray search, talent mapping, targeted outreach, and community engagement.
- Conduct structured screening and competency-based interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural contribution.
- Prioritise and manage multiple mandates, switching efficiently between domestic and global assignments as required.




- 4-5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on non-technical hiring.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to operate to international communication standards.
- Strong research and market-mapping skills; demonstrated experience building pipelines for niche roles.
- Proven ability to deliver independently in a hybrid work environment; highly organised and reliable.
- Prior exposure to global hiring processes and cross-border coordination is advantageous.
