Core Responsibilities
- First Impressions: Warmly welcome walk-in guests, offer refreshments, and understand the purpose of their visit.
- Floor Management: Match clients with the appropriate counter or Sales Executive based on whether they are looking for gold, diamonds, or pearls.
- Appointment & Campaign Management: Schedule visits and notify VIP clients about new collection launches or festive exhibitions.
- Customer Feedback & CRM: Maintain a database of walk-ins, log feedback, resolve complaints, and manage CRM software.
- Front Desk: Activities of Front Desk involves SIP enrolment and SIP's data maintenance.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
