Key Responsibilities
- Create embroidery punch (digitized) files from customer artwork, logos, and design concepts.
- Operate embroidery digitizing
- Select appropriate stitch types, densities, underlay, and compensation based on fabric and design requirements.
- Optimize designs to minimize thread breaks and improve machine efficiency.
- Perform sample testing and make necessary modifications for quality output.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth execution of embroidery jobs.
- Maintain design files and customer artwork in an organized database.
- Troubleshoot embroidery-related issues and provide technical support when required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest embroidery trends, software updates, and techniques.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software (Wilcom preferred).




- Good knowledge of embroidery machines and production processes.
- Understanding of stitch types, thread, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Ability to interpret artwork and convert it into accurate embroidery files.
- Solid attention to detail and quality.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant experience in embroidery punching/digitizing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
