About the Role

We are looking for a Client Support Executive - Post Sales who will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience.

The role will act as a key interface between customers and internal teams including Sales, Service, Engineering/R&D;, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, service requests and delivery-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries, service requests and post-sales support requirements.




- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after order execution.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order status, delivery.:
- Track customer complaints and service requests from registration through closure.
- Coordinate with technical/service teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor complaint resolution TAT and ensure timely customer communication.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure appropriate closure.
- Follow up with Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and Service teams on customer commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, service requests and resolutions.
- Prepare MIS reports related to customer complaints, pending issues, service status and closures.
- Maintain customer information and communication records in CRM/ERP systems.
