Online Bidder / Business Development Executive

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 1-3+ years preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Write customized and professional proposals according to client requirements
- Communicate with international and domestic clients
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team for estimates and solutions
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into projects
- Maintain bidding records, leads, conversations, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business conversion targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience in online bidding is required:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and prepare convincing proposals
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills




- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Experience or knowledge of the IT / Software / Web Development industry will be a strong advantage
