Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PM Analyst to join our global PMO Governance team. This is an excellent opportunity in program and project management, governance, and process improvement within the Technology or Financial industry. In this fast-paced workplace, you will prioritize tasks, work collaboratively, and support critical reporting and tracking of Project Management standards. You will be a key player in ensuring our projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance.:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with global PMOs and other teams to support adherence to Project Management standards.:
- Assist in analyzing scorecards and project management data to identify trends, risks,
and areas for improvement.:
- Support the facilitation and organization of global meetings by preparing materials, taking minutes, and tracking action items.:
- Help prepare and provide evidence of compliance for internal reviews and audits.:
- Produce detailed documentation based on conclusions drawn from governance oversight activities.:
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency.:
- Formally document new and existing processes to ensure alignment with enterprise expectations.:
