Field visits and audits
- Handling in ward and out ward processes in ecommerce & groceries.
- Sorting of packages, Route Mapping & Packaging Process
- Inventory Management.
- Client and Vendor Management.
- Handling any escalations on the floor.
- Monitoring and seeing that SOPs are being followed.
-Managing blue collar man force.
- Operations excellence
-Hiring Team lead, Hub Managers, Process Associates, Drivers and Bikers.
-Plan expansion at pin code levels.
-Attendance tracking, Tech Adherence
-Training new HM and TL
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
