As a core member of our Company Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
Strategic client stewardship
Managing strategic relationships with major clients assigned to India
- Working closely with the SVP on establishing standards in client management and quality of deliverables
- Overseeing service delivery and quality assurance for client portfolios
- Leading client communications and issue resolution at senior level
- Managing complex client projects and service implementations
Portfolio oversight- supervise the day‑to‑day management of client portfolios, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with back‑office teams to deliver accurate reporting and compliance. Connecting with the EU teams and identifying areas of improvements and proactively working towards implementing those in India for all the clients across locations as the need may be.
Team leadership- manage a cross‑functional team (client service, operations, compliance), set transparent performance targets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and client focus.
