Job Summary

We are seeking a GeM Executive - Hardware & Manpower Bidding to manage end-to-end Government e-Marketplace (GeM) bidding operations for IT hardware procurement and manpower outsourcing projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor GeM and other government tender opportunities on a daily basis.
- Manage end-to-end bidding for IT Hardware, Networking, CCTV, UPS, Printers, Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Software, and Manpower Services.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, ATCs, eligibility criteria,



and technical specifications.
- Prepare technical compliance sheets and commercial bid documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors to obtain quotations, OEM Authorization Letters, MAFs, product datasheets, and compliance certificates.
- Ensure compliance with bid requirements including EMD, PBG, Make in India, BIS, EPR, ISO Certifications, and other statutory documentation.
- Participate in reverse auctions and manage bid submissions within specified timelines.
- Maintain tender trackers, documentation, bid records, and project status reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, finance, and technical teams for successful bid execution.
- Support post-award activities including purchase orders, deliveries, installation coordination, invoicing, and project documentation.
- Build strong working relationships with government departments, OEMs, suppliers, and channel partners.
