Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related problems.
- Maintain data backups and ensure system security.
- Monitor and update antivirus, firewalls, and security protocols.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and services.
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory of hardware/software.
- Ensure mínimal downtime and smooth functioning of all IT systems.
- Recommend technology improvements to enhance business efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data backup procedures.
- Familiarity with routers, switches, printers, and cloud-based tools is an advantage.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
