Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
- Prepare customized proposals and submit competitive bids.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and business needs.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and project delivery.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain daily bidding reports and achieve monthly business targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and platform best practices.

Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in Upwork/Freelancer bidding.




- Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Good understanding of freelancing platforms and online bidding strategies.
- Knowledge of lead generation, business development, and sales processes.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, and digital marketing services.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
