Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader (Tele Sales) to manage and motivate the telecalling team, monitor performance, and drive sales conversions in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate telecalling team
- Monitor team performance and achieve targets
- Train and guide team members for better conversions
- Ensure proper follow-up, site visits, and closures
- Maintain CRM management and reporting
- Coordinate with sales and management teams

Requirements:
- 2+ years of team handling experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Real estate tele sales experience preferred
- Ability to drive team performance and productivity
- Good reporting and coordination abilities
