About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Packer and Picker to ensure efficient order fulfillment in our warehouse. As the bridge between inventory and delivery, you’ll select and pack items with accuracy and speed. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a team-oriented mindset.

Packer and Picker Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications
- Pack and label orders accurately for shipment, ensuring product safety
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily order fulfillment targets
- Inspect items for quality and report discrepancies or damages
- Maintain an organized and clean work area per safety standards
- Use warehouse tools (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks) to complete tasks
- Follow safety protocols and inventory management procedures
- Align picking and packing tasks with warehouse schedules and goals
- Communicate order status and inventory issues to supervisors

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
