Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Business Strategy

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the events and media industry

Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective business strategies

Identify recent business opportunities for revenue generation and brand expansion

2. Sponsorship & Partnership Development




- Generate and manage sponsorships for conferences, summits, exhibitions, campaigns, and brand activities
- Identify potential sponsors aligned with event themes and audience profiles
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, brands, agencies, and institutions
- Develop and pitch sponsorship proposals and partnership opportunities to clients
- Create customized sponsorship packages and branding opportunities
- Maintain long-term sponsor relationships for repeat partnerships and annual collaborations
- Coordinate with marketing and event teams to ensure successful sponsor deliverables and visibility

3. Collaboration for BTL Activities
- Plan and execute collaborations for BTL (Below The Line) activities including promotional campaigns, activations, branding activities, and on-ground marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for successful execution of BTL activities
