Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Team Management
- Lead, manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Set individual and team sales targets and track performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Train and mentor Sales Executives, Pre-Sales Executives, and Designer cum Sales team members.
- Support team members in client meetings, negotiations, and project closures.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.
- Monitor CRM, lead follow-ups, appointments, proposals, and closures.

Client Management & Sales
- Handle key and high-value interior design clients.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget, and project timelines.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Present suitable interior design solutions and product options.
- Explain designs, materials, finishes, pricing, scope of work, and execution timelines.
- Follow up with prospective clients and drive projects toward closure.




- Build strong client relationships and generate referrals and repeat business.

Design & Quotation
- Support the design team in developing suitable concepts and solutions for clients.
- Review and present 2D layouts, 3D designs, mood boards, and material selections.
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations.
- Ensure quotations accurately reflect the approved scope, materials, finishes, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with designers and estimation teams to ensure commercially viable proposals.

Interior Product Knowledge
- Maintain solid knowledge of interior products, materials, finishes, hardware, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Stay updated with new products, brands, technologies, pricing, and market trends.
- Train the sales team on interior products and how to effectively present them to clients.
