Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in customer relationship development, working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
- 8 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building relationships with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization along with excellent communication/presentation skills and the capacity to influence key stakeholders to move initiatives forward.
- Experience creating annual business and investment plans.
