Role Overview

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for calling leads generated through online campaigns, website, social media, walk-in enquiries, references, and other sources. The role requires strong communication, regular follow-up, objection handling, and the ability to convert potential customers into buyers.

Key Responsibilities
- Call new leads and enquiries received from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements such as mattress size, comfort preference, budget, location, and purchase timeline.
- Explain Sleepmax mattress products, features, pricing, offers, warranty, and benefits.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders, quotations, appointments, or store visits.
- Follow up with warm leads until final closure.
- Maintain daily calling data, lead status, remarks, and follow-up details in CRM / Excel / calling software.
- Share product catalogues, offers, payment details, and store location with customers when required.
- Coordinate with store teams, sales executives, and dispatch team for customer requirements.




- Handle customer objections related to price, comparison, delivery, product features, warranty, and offers.
- Achieve daily call targets, follow-up targets, and monthly sales conversion targets.
- Ensure every lead is contacted on time and no enquiry is missed.
- Maintain polite, professional, and persuasive communication with customers.

Education:
HSC / Graduate in any stream.

Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, lead conversion, customer sales, or outbound calling.

Preferred Industry:
Mattress, furniture, home furnishing, retail, e-commerce, D2C, real estate, insurance, banking sales, or any sales-driven industry.

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi will be an added advantage.
