Education:Diploma( Mechanical) / B.E., BSc in Electronics & Telecommunication or related field
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Provide technical support, guidance, and troubleshooting for marking and coding machines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication.
- Identify and address customer pain points by recommending product improvements or new solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and maintenance.
2. Service & Maintenance
- Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and servicing of machines.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests. o Maintain customer records, service reports, and share insights with managers for service enhancement.
- Plan and execute Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and schedule periodic maintenance visits.
3. Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve machine issues efficiently, ensuring mínimal downtime. o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate technical support.
4. Sales & Business Support
- Assist the sales team by conducting product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the company’s market presence.
- Contribute to customer feedback analysis to drive product development.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports, including findings,
recommendations, and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate logs of service activities and customer interactions. o Provide market insights and competitor analysis reports to the management team.
6. Travel & In office Support
- Willingness to travel as per company requirements
