Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on communication skills, personality development, and workplace etiquette.
- Deliver modules on verbal and written communication, presentation skills, public speaking, and group discussions.
- Train students in interview skills, resume writing, and job readiness.
- Facilitate sessions on teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and customer service.
- Design and develop training materials, lesson plans, assessments, and activities.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and interactive learning activities.
- Assess learning outcomes through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Support placement activities and industry interaction programs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Corporate Training,



or Communication Skills will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in soft skills training, corporate training, teaching, or learning and development.
- Experience in student training and placement preparation is preferred.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Knowledge of interview preparation, resume building, and workplace communication.
- Ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of learners.
- Robust interpersonal and mentoring skills.
