Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Customer Relations.
- Drive vehicle sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and an
- nual business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor sales, service, and support teams.
- Monitor dealership performance through KPIs and MIS reports.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain dealership standards.
- Manage dealership budgets, profitability, and operational costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and dealership guidelines.
- Identify recent business opportunities and execute local marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs for employees.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
