About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings and cataloguing across major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Create, update, and maintain product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, SKUs, and other catalog information.
- Manage and monitor listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor product visibility, sales performance, inventory, pricing, and listing health.
- Handle E-commerce Ads/Marketplace Advertising and monitor campaign performance.
- Assist in optimizing advertisements to improve product visibility, traffic, conversions, and overall sales.
- Regularly analyze marketplace sales and advertising data and prepare performance reports.
- Have solid hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining marketplace data.
- Work with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, sorting, and basic data analysis.




- Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory, pricing, product information, images, and other marketplace requirements.
- Identify listing errors, suppressed products, pricing issues, stock-related issues, and other marketplace problems and resolve them promptly.
- Track competitors, pricing, product positioning, and marketplace trends.
- Ensure all product information and catalog data are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain regular reports related to sales, inventory, advertisements, listings, and marketplace performance.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in E-commerce Listings & Cataloguing.
- Experience working with Amazon and Flipkart.
- Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, or other quick-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
- Practical knowledge of E-commerce Ads and sponsored product campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
