Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, caterers, and institutional clients.
- Promote and sell Rich’s and other relevant food-service/hospitality products to customers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with chefs, purchase managers, F&B; managers, hotel owners, and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and existing customer relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits and product presentations/demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales as per company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on orders, payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM updates.




- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or any relevant discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience:1-3 years of experience in Hotel Supply Sales, HORECA Sales, Food Service Sales, FMCG Sales, or Institutional Sales.
- Experience handling Rich’s products or similar bakery/food-service products is preferred.
- Good understanding of the HORECA market and hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong lead-generation and sales-conversion abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
