We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Supervisor to manage day-to-day injection moulding production activities, ensure smooth machine operations, maintain product quality, and achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily injection moulding production activities.
- Set and monitor injection moulding machines and process parameters.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor cycle time, rejection, productivity, and machine performance.
- Identify and resolve moulding/process-related issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Production teams.
- Ensure proper mould change, machine start-up, and shutdown procedures.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection and material wastage.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and 5S standards.
- Guide and train machine operators and production workers.
- Maintain production reports, shift handover records, and other required documentation.
- Monitor manpower allocation and shift activities.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce rejection.
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic, Production, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in injection moulding production/supervision preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, materials, and process parameters.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting common moulding defects.
- Good team-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
