Key Responsibilities - End to End Recruitment Support
As a Recruitment Intern, you will support HR in the full hiring cycle:
1. Sourcing & Screening
- Post JDs on Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, Job Portals & Social Media
- Screen resumes and do initial telephonic screening

3. Hiring Support
- Assist in interview process, documentation, and offer release
- Support onboarding process and collect required documents

4. Database & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment tracker, ATS, and daily reports in Google Sheets




- Build talent pipeline for future requirements

5. Employer Branding
- Help in posting hiring updates on LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp groups

Skills Required

1. Good communication skills in English + Hindi. Telugu is a plus

3. Basic knowledge of job portals - Naukri, LinkedIn

4. Proficient in Google Sheets, MS Office

5. Target-driven, quick learner, and responsible

6. Must have Laptop, Smartphone, and Stable Internet
