- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.:

- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT recruiting preferred).




- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
