Job Summary:
Responsible for driving residential real estate sales, achieving revenue targets, managing sales teams, generating leads, and developing strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, digital channels, and channel partners
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and property consultants
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Handle negotiations, bookings, and closure of sales
- Develop and manage channel partner networks
- Monitor inventory, pricing, sales pipeline, and market trends
- Track competitor projects and develop strategies to improve market positioning
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Finance, and Project teams for smooth booking and documentation




- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

Skills Required:
- Strong real estate sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Solid customer and channel partner management skills
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of local property markets
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
- 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales
- Experience handling residential projects preferred

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in residential apartments, luxury projects, villas, townships, or gated communities:
- Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and property consultants
- Experience managing a sales team and achieving project-level targets
