Manage the company’s e-commerce website and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, prices, and inventory.
- Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
- Check website/marketplace functionality and report technical issues.
2. Order Management
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams for packing and dispatch.
- Track shipments and delivery status.
- Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
3. Inventory Management
- Monitor online stock levels and update inventory regularly.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to avoid overselling or stock-outs.
- Identify quick-moving and slow-moving products.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
