Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls daily to restaurants and food businesses.
- Explain the features and benefits of Restrotech POS.
- Generate qualified sales leads.
- Schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion.




- Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Good listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Internet).
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Self-motivated and energetic.

Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Higher Secondary may also apply)
