and enhanced patient care. We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of cloud-native, scalable solutions on AWS.

This role combines robust technical leadership with hands-on engineering, requiring ownership of architecture, development standards, delivery execution, and mentoring of engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, security standards, and design patterns.
- Drive technical decisions and guide development teams through architecture reviews and design discussions.
- Mentor and coach mid-level engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.

Solution Development:
- Build scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Develop backend services using Python, Node.js, or Java.
