Job Title: Brand Manager - Marketing (Performance Marketing)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office/Hybrid as applicable)
- About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Marketing Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand goals.
- Own the overall marketing calendar, including campaigns, launches, events, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Plan and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans along with budget allocation.
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all marketing and communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.

Performance Marketing & Digital Growth
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads,



LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Plan and execute lead generation, website traffic, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and customer journeys to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and campaign creatives to maximize performance.
- Manage marketing attribution models and conversion tracking across digital platforms.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns using A/B testing methodologies.

Marketing Operations & Campaign Management
- Coordinate with the in-house design, content, video, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Prepare campaign briefs and provide strategic direction to internal teams.
- Manage website content updates, SEO
