Your Role:
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for building structures using OpenBuildings Designer (OBD).
- Produce accurate structural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details using MicroStation and OBD.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary design teams to ensure model accuracy and design integration.
- Support project delivery by preparing construction documentation and model outputs in line with project milestones.
- Perform model reviews, clash detection support, and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with project and BIM standards.




- Manage and organize BIM data, model information, and drawing deliverables.
- Assist in implementing project BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance on MicroStation and OBD modelling activities.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and address technical comments from internal and external stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of other Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage/Freedom, and BIM Collaborate tools is desirable
