Handle inbound sales calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about products and services.:
- Prepare and send quotations to potential and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery timelines.:
- Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.:
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
